Simple Trouble Shooting

If the light is not responding to the remote: Ensure the remote indicator light is flashing when remote buttons are being pressed. If no indicator light flashes, try replacing the batteries in the back of the remote.

If there is a hand, door or movement sensor with the light:

- Can't turn on light with the remote?

Ensure the sensor is activated for the light to turn on and be controlled by the remote.

Hand Sensor or Movement Sensor: Wave hand over sensor to activate then use remote.

Door Sensor:Open door to activate then use remote.

- Sensor won’t turn on the light?

Ensure the light has not been turned off by the remote.

Hand Sensor or Movement Sensor: Wave hand over sensor to activate then use remote to turn on. (You may have to try this a few times to get sensor in the ON state).

Door Sensor:Open door to activate then use remote to turn on.
